In an effort to ensure that our small number of family and staff members are able to provide unique and genuine experiences for each guest, we will be limiting our availability and continuing to focus on our guests individually from the first of the season to the last. Our priority is making sure everyone feels like family!

> Standard All-Inclusive Package:

4 nights in a deluxe, private cabin and 4 days of exclusive flying adventures

Before December 1st, 2014:
$7,700 per person (based on double occupancy)  Sunday - Thursday Weekly

After December 1st, 2014:
$7,800 per person (based on double occupancy)  Sunday - Thursday Weekly

DETAILS:
Guests arrive at Ultima Thule between 4:00-5:00pm on Sunday.
Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday are all considered full adventure days. Guests depart the lodge at 4:00pm on Thursday after a full day of adventure activities.

Transfer from/to McCarthy or Chitina Alaska

> Custom All-Inclusive Packages:

3 – 7 nights  Inquire for dates available
   $1,700  per person/per night.

DETAILS:
Guests will arrive at the lodge between 4:00-5:00pm and depart on the final day at 10:00am.
Arrival and departure days are not considered adventure days

PACKAGES COMPARED:

With the Standard Package you get 4 nights and 4 days of adventure touring on the set schedule from Sunday through Thursday each week.
 
With any Custom Package between 3 and 7 nights you get more flexibility with trip dates, but your arrival and departure days are not considered adventure days. For example if you stay for 5 nights, you get 4 full adventure days.

Rates are all inclusive:

• Organic and wild Alaskan gourmet meals and cuisine
• Private, multi-room deluxe cabin(s)
• Unlimited access to sauna and self-spa
• Light laundry service
• Senior level guides and any necessary equipment/gear
  (groups of 2 or more traveling together always have the option for private adventures and guides.)
• Unrestricted daily bush plane flights
  (no added cost for flight time associated with any of the offered activities and flying safari adventures!)
• A tailor made, unique adventure each day with the option of a private guide for every 2 people.
• Complimentary selection of house wines and local Alaskan craft beers.
• Transfer to/from the lodge between McCarthy or Chitina, Alaska
  (Set transfer times apply)

Not included: Personal expenses, gratuities (8-10% usually), fishing licenses and transfer from any location outside of Chitina or McCarthy, Alaska.

Children aged 6 years and older are welcome to accompany their families; however, we are not able to offer discounted rates because each passenger will require an entire seat in the aircraft.

Booking Terms:
50% deposit is due at the time of booking to hold the reservation. The balance is due 120 days in advance of arrival. Due to our short season of operation and inability to fill empty space last minute we cannot offer refunds on deposits or full payment for any reason. We are not responsible for any delays or cancellations due to weather, circumstances beyond our control or changes in plans. Dates can be changed during the same calendar year without penalty, based on our availability. We strongly recommend trip insurance. Clients are required to inform us of any health problems, allergies and physical limitations ahead of time due to our extremely remote location. All clients must sign a liability release waiver upon arrival at the lodge.

Because everything arrives onboard one of our small aircraft we ask that you travel light when you come visit us with no more than 50 pounds of luggage per person in total.  We have a detailed clothing list that you will recieve after you confirm your reservation.

To get here, we will pick you up in Chitina or McCarthy, AK.
For an additional rates we can also arrange charters to pick you up and/or drop you off in many other Alaskan locations... Anchorage, Fairbanks, etc. Please contact us for costs and ideas.

The Weather Right Now

Chitina is a hundred miles down the river from the lodge, but it's the closest weather report we can get. The thing to keep in mind when planning your trip is that you should be ready for ever changing conditons! There is nothing "normal" about any season in Alaska.
